Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 calendar days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items- Gift cards
- Lip Balm, Lotions and Body Care Products.
To begin processing your return, we require that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer Unless directed otherwise..
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All item(s) returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once 800CoolSTUFF has received the product(s) that you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours (excludes bank delays).
BitCoin Payments unlike credit card transactions, the transaction itself is irreversible. However your request for refund will be satisfied.
In the event that you have purchased an item(s) from 800CoolSTUFF and chose BitCoin as a means of payment; should you choose to return an item for refund, you will need to return the item to 800CoolSTUFF returns department shipping address, once we receive the product and confirm it's condition you will receive an e-mail message from 800CoolSTUFF , at that time you are welcome to send a payment request to: moc.ffutslooc008@u4pleh.
The refund will be issued for the full USD value of the order and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate when the refund is completed. Your refund will be issued through Bitcoin Core using the email address listed on your 800CoolSTUFF account.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted internally.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit the Refunds page where you will initiate a request. Our system will transmit the shipping address to your registered email address upon completion of your request so that your merchandise for exchange can be returned to 800CoolSTUFF.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
A shipping address will be sent to your registered email address by our shopping platform when Refund or Exchange submissions are completed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your geographic location (your address), the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at or above $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
